I have created several types of CDs (or cassette tapes) that are aimed at helping you create desired changes in your life.
Belief Systems CDs
The following CDs are based on my belief systems work. Each CD contains two files. The first file is like a session with me. It begins with relaxation and then leads you back in time to the root cause of an issue in your life where you gain insight and understanding into what was going on in your life when the belief was formed, how it was originally meant to help, and then leads you through the steps to release it and fill in with your own inner truth. It's an "interactive" session with you, whereas the second file contains suggestions to enhance the changes in your life regarding that issue.

• Relax Now - this is non-interactive in that it does not lead you back to the root cause, rather it teaches you how to relax and do self-hypnosis, creating a "special place" within you that you can use any time you wish to quickly relax.
Affirmation CDs
The following CDs are non-interactive in that they do not lead you back to the root cause of issues. Each one begins with relaxation to help you get into a restful place where you are open and receptive on a subconscious level to the affirmations that you agree with. I deeply believe in free will and include in the beginning relaxation that only those suggestions and affirmations that you agree with will have an influence in your life. Any that you do not agree with will be disregarded by your own mind. Remember - hypnosis is not mind-control. Hypnosis is a state of relaxation that makes you receptive to new insights and changes in your life.

Create Your Own Affirmations CDs
Have you looked around for affirmation CDs and never found just exactly what you want, or you find yourself disagreeing with some affirmations and so are disinclined to use the recording? Words have power! You may have experienced coming up with exactly the right words to describe what's going on in you or a belief you have. Therre's an Aha! that happens when you connect with the right words for you. As you move along your own path of self-discovery and growth, you may find that you're not willing to have others' words put into your mind.
For that reason, I will create a CD for you based upon your own affirmations, your own words. You email me your affirmations and I'll custom create the CD for you. I'll begin with relaxation and then move into your affirmations. Email me for more information and I'll be glad to explain the process. It couldn't be simpler. Pricing is below.
Past Life CD
In this 55 minute CD you are lead into deep relaxation and then back in time to a past life that is having a significant impact on your current life. You are guided into an understanding of yourself in that other time and place, your personality, family life, daily life, and then through the life to various significant events and decisions you made. You are then guided to the morning of the last day of that life, gaining understanding of your age, health, and awareness of your impending death. You then move through the death with no pain or discomfort. From the soul state above the body, with 20/20 hindsight and being more directly connected to your higher knowing, you are guided to gain an understanding of the lessons and purpose of that lifetime, how you did, and how that life is impacting you now. You are then lead through healing and release work any issues, emotions, regrets, etc. of the former life and that impact on your current life.
Pricing and Ordering
Pricing: All of the CDs, with the exception of the custom-build affirmations, are $18 for the first CD, $15 for each additional sent to the same address, plus s&h from $3 -$6 depending on number ordered.
Custom-built CDs with your own affirmations are $60 for up to 30 minutes and $75 for up to 45 minutes, plus s&h.
